Stylish and unique African-themed resort with 5 restaurants and 4 bars, plus outdoor pools and a gym. Services are top-notch with bellboys on hand to whisk luggage to your room for massage treatments in the spa. The resort is designed to replicate the atmosphere of Africa, with stunning public spaces, restaurants and rooms. There are 7 pools including a small children's pool and a lazy river, sports facilities and plenty of amenities for kids and adults alike.

This has been an amazing holiday. I will be very sad to leave tomorrow. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have had 3 buffets a day and still haven't tried everything on offer. There is so much delicious food, something for everyone. This is a very family oriented hotel, lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. The staff who run the kids club are so good at keeping everyone busy and having fun. There are shops and restaurants nearby. A 5 minute walk to the beach front. The hotel is spotless, and the grounds beautifully maintained. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The edges of the pool area are a bit sharp and it's easy to cut yourself with them. The bathtubs are big and comfortable, though the shower is a bit small. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not especially distinct as hotel rooms go.There were not a lot of activities organized during the weekend, and checking in can take some time if you arrive before 2pm.I heard from friends that the massage service was really good.

Amazing resort to come with family or as a couple. We came with our baby and you can access everywhere with the stroller, and the staff and service is very friendly and kid appropriate. There are many activities during the day. There are pools for everyone taste: quiet, with kids, deeper, shallow, with sun, in the shadow...Food and drinks are great. The buffet has a lot of variety and there are new dishes everyday.Everything is clean and well taken care of.Everyone in the staff is super friendly and wants to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The design of the hotel is unique and it feels like you are in a exotic place while you are in the safety of Europe.

We stayed here for 3 nights to try it out while visiting Gran Canaria. We booked 2 Unique pool rooms and paid around £1600 for both. This included half board for 4 adults. The resort is lovely: stunning landscaping, very clean and relaxing. We had no issues during our stay and all the staff we encountered were fantastic.Food was a real step up from most resorts we have experienced; there was plenty of choice and all good quality. I highly recommend the Unique upgrade here if you can get a deal. The pool rooms were massive with a balcony that includes a shaded seating area, sunbathing area with 2 loungers and a personal infinity pool. The Unique package also provides various other perks like a VIP lounge where drinks and snacks are complimentary between 11-6, VIP pool area with really comfy sunbeds/soft drinks and the choice to have breakfast away from the crowds in a quiet open air restaurant.Evening entertainment looked good although we didn't really watch any of it for long, there was a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. This resort is perfect for those wanting a slightly more adult experience than the typical "all inclusive" resorts provide.Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Sparkling clean. If you asked at the desk for absolutely anything, they will have it sent to your room before you even know it. Entertainment in the hotel was beautiful. And with the number of loungers at the pools, you don't even have to worry you will always find a few empty at any pool. Myself my husband and my son had unforgettable time. Hotel is breathtaking it's so beautiful beautiful you wouldn't find nicer hotel in grand canary island.

The hotel building is a lesson in architecture, wherever Europeans go, they create neoclassical reminders of their fatherlands, but here is an exception, a building on a Spanish island close to the west coast of Africa and inspired by African architectural form. It’s so entertaining for kids. The staff are superb, rooms are generous and all get several hours of direct sunlight, it is located very close to the warmest beach in GC where you can see superb sunsets.

This hotel was incredible. Stayed here for 8 nights in September, wasn’t too busy like I read about in August. Walking into the hotel was spectacular, stunning entrance surrounded by water features, greenery and even dinosaur sound effects (feels like a jungle) and lobby, entire hotel is well looked after every single day with visible cleaning, maintenance and even gardening duties. Room was spacious, clean and even had phone connectivity to the TV. Dinner every night with a very large range of dishes at the buffet and breakfast equally was lovely. Entertainment had obvious investment as well, professional singers, dancers and even circus performances were amazing. I wasn’t spoken to badly by a single staff member and only ever saw smiles and felt welcomed wherever I went. Service was fast and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Amazing pools with a massive lazy style river (although it’s not actually a lazy river). Decor throughout the entire hotel with live size elephants, giraffes etc just added to the atmosphere. Trees, flowers, plants everywhere made the African feel really come to life. Location was also perfect with 20 min car journeys to nearby busy sea side towns with water sports etc and also is surrounded by designer shops.I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you have to visit!!😊

One of the best hotels on the island. The hotel has a lovely design and is fun to explore. There are lots of pools and a slow river. Pools didn't seem over crowded. The service was good and the staff were all friendly. The hotel was clean and food and drink was good. Great location.

Amazing family resort with lots of activities for children of all ages. Plenty of sun beds to relax on across the property and various pools as well.Stayed in a double room which was spacious and had all the amenities you would expect. Just the lighting may be a little on the darker side to go with the theme and mood of the resort.Breakfast had a wide spread of continental as well as local delicacies. The vegetarian “hot” food could be kept separately to avoid cross contamination as utensils were used and mixed so we avoided the beans and grilled tomatoes etc.Staff across the resort from check in till out were flawless and very attentive to any requests we had. Always smiling and happy to help.Great place to stay and would go again!!

Incredible ....Stayed here at the end of June and just before the Summer holidays. Room was fantastic, breakfast perfect and the selection of pools were awesome.Cleanliness of the whole resort is perfection and I've never encountered such friendly and superb service from all the staff. Not to be missed and definitely worth the weeks stay. Will be back for future holidays and much needed breaks.

One word. Wow. This hotel is such an incredible masterpiece, full of things to explore and a unique, African design. When walking in, you are instantly greeted by a rainforest-like entrance, with waterfalls flowing on each side and the sound of tropical animals fill the room.Staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed during your visit. The rooms are so comfortable, however the lighting could be a bit more lighter in my preference.Food is magnificent, with menus rotating each day, leaving you completely (pleasantly) surprised at dinner time. Breakfast always stays the same, and free drinks are included at breakfast, however not at dinner. There are many choices of pools, from shallow to deep, from small to large in length. Unfortunately they can also be crowded, mostly by little children, so if you are looking for something like an adults-only hotel, this is definitely not it.The area around the hotel includes several shopping areas and restaurants (not like you need them at all). The beach is a mere 10 minute walk, but the water can be a bit murky and really crowded during the hot summer days.Overall, I enjoyed my time in Lopesan Baobab, it’s not your typical hotel, which makes it all the more memorable.

Beautiful breathtaking hotel with friendly staff. The location is excellent. Not far from bus station and shopping center. Excellent food. The minibar was filled up daily and super quick response if you need anything. Absolutely one of our best holidays yet.

This was my 8th visit to Lopesan Baobab Hotel, and it continues to impress. The hotel boasts spectacular scenery and is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The buffet meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer delicious food with excellent service. The staff are consistently friendly, and the rooms are clean and well looked after. While the bars are lovely, I noticed a slight decrease in the quality of cocktails compared to previous visits. Despite a hiccup with our online booking not making it to the system, the reception staff were super friendly, and check-in was easy. Luckily, a room was still available. Overall, a fantastic stay.

A week long stay in this beautiful hotel. It is MASSIVE, far bigger than we had expected, but somehow there were more than enough sunbeds, only small queues for meals, and it never felt truly swamped. A reasonable entertainment program for kids and adults, but really a great place to stay for couples too. Gym is decent and better than most hotel gyms. Staff friendly, food good and wine / drinks choices plenty and at a decent price. Could easily have stayed another week - would recommend!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, Great service, Rooms and staff in lovely grounds.. Perfect for anyone who wants to visit the resort. It can improve, Cold nights in January, The outdoor areas could do with throws for customers enjoying the entertainment. Its too cold to sit there with nothing to keep you warm. Tea and coffee at dinner service would be great to as not everyone wants Alcohol or water with their dinner. Apart from that, this Hotel is a great 4 star hotel, not a five star unless some things like i have suggested are added. The staff are an asset to this hotel, very friendly. Victor in the food hall was brilliant 👏

It might be one of the best hotel I have ever been in. We used to love those beautiful pools and gardens. Every single employee was extremely friendly and we enjoyed various tasty buffets. The hotel is really kids friendly but for people without kids it’s sometimes annoying to have all those screaming kids around. A few separated kids free areas would be great. 😁

Veronika D — Google review

The hotel has lots of options for kids, including two small pools with depths of 30cm and 50cm and a kids club. The big pool which is connected to two other pools has a beach feeling so if you are a family with children, this hotel has enough to keep the kids entertained. However if you are a couple, you may find better hotels around. Additionally, the food gets boring after couple of days and they can do much better with the coffee. In summary, a decent hotel to spend a week with family.

Lopesan Baobab Resort is really amazing and one of a kind!Everything here is absolutely perfect at every details!Everything is African style inspired and I really loved the idea. Definitely you should really come and enjoy this African vibe at least once in a lifetime. The rooms are very beautiful, clean and spacious. The view from the balcony really made me feel like I'm in a African jungle. The food is soooo tasty at any corner and restaurant. We tried all the restaurants and also the "a la carte" one and we really recommend it!The pools are really great! We enjoyed all the space around! The resort is very good for families, but also for couples! We will definitely come back here!

Amazing hotel to stay at and would definitely come back. The bar is quite nice with good seating and bar staff the second bar next to the pool tables has live music sometimes. The food was quite good and each day the food would change to a different theme. My room was very spacious; we had a family room that we were upgraded into due to it being my parents anniversary which could fit around 6 people the A/C wasn't the best and would make a buzzing sound a lot of the time. The room was also very under lit and not much light near the beds without a very bright lamp on. We also needed to ask for a coffee machine when it was supposed to be in the room already. The 6 pools were well kept and the main pool was huge. Over all 7.5/10

We stayed at this hotel for three days, and overall, the experience was mediocre. Considering the price, the service and overall quality were disappointing.Regarding the room:When we checked in, there was a urine smell on the balcony, and the bed sheets had not been changed (they still had the sweat smell of the previous occupant). After communicating with the front desk, the issue was resolved on the second day. However, the slow drainage problem in the bathroom sink that we emphasized to the front desk was not resolved until the day we left. Water would splash onto our faces while brushing our teeth.Regarding the restaurant:The grill area in the restaurant did not promptly replace the grilled items. I emphasized that I wanted a medium-rare steak, but a female server repeatedly insisted that the steak she was grilling (which was actually overcooked) was medium-rare. I pointed out that it was not medium-rare but already overcooked, and I wanted a new one grilled. The server insisted on giving me a piece from the already overcooked steaks. I got upset, told her I needed a new one grilled, and only then did she comply. At the same time, another female guest requested a medium steak, and the same server gave her a piece from the overcooked steaks as well. I was shocked - I believe the restaurant should respect the customers' preferences instead of forcing us to eat food that doesn't meet our taste, all in the name of avoiding food wastage. They did not show enough respect for the guests. In the evening, there were quite a few guests waiting in the restaurant's waiting area for outdoor dining. We waited for a long time, and one female server (with black-framed glasses, tattoos on her hands, and dark hair) led us to another area next to some bushes (with no view of the pool) to avoid the long queue. When we expressed that we didn't like the location, she complained to us, which left us deeply shocked.Regarding the bar:In the evening, there were cockroaches crawling around; the hotel's hygiene measures were insufficient. The rest of the pool area and the hotel's scenery were absolutely stunning. I am just sharing my real experiences in the hope that the hotel will make improvements.

The best hotel for the family. The kids pool with slide was very good and my son loves it. It is also good that there is a big kids accessible pool, like a real beach. In the evening at 19:30, there was a mini disco. My son went there every day and really enjoyed dancing and saw Panchi and Patty. When he saw them, he reacted like he saw a superstar 😂One thing I want to mention is, the steak meats weren't fresh at all. They were already black colored and tasted old. So, when you want to eat steak, better always ask to make it well-done.Overall, I would definitely come back on my next visit!! Super amazing.

We had a pleasure to stay in this hotel over the Christmas period with our toddler and a baby. Hotel's interior design is 10 out of 10. We haven't seen any other hotel like this one so far. Food delicious, the only let down was breakfast - very repetitive. Every morning exactly the same food. We have stayed for 11 days so you could imagine getting a bit board of breakfast. Also we were a bit disappointed with the smell in the shower room. It was pretty unpleasant smell (room 1021).As a suggestion we would just recommend if hotel could consider getting heated swimming pool in kids area. Last few hotels we had stayed over the Christmas they all had it and it was way more pleasant for kids. Especially as kids pool in Lopesan Baobab hides in a bit of shade.Over all with my partner we are happy to give strong 8 out of 10 to Lopesan Baobab :)

Abends bietet es sich jedoch an, die lokalen gastronomischen Angebote zu erkunden.(Translated by Google)Overall, our stay at the Lopesan Baobab Resort was very pleasant and impressive. A lovely hotel with beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, as well as activities and entertainment options to keep all members of three families and three generations happy.Delicious and varied food.Staff are generally extremely friendly and helpful. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and dealt with some technical key card problems well, keeping us updated. I found that for the smallest concern, they would take care of it immediately.Restaurant staff always had time to exchange a little conversation with us and worked extremely hard to keep our large table of 9 clean and to always find a nice area for us very quickly.Rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. Our second visit and we enjoyed it even more!My only request would be daily complimentary water and brighter lighting in the rooms!

Fantastic family hotel offering a more luxury stay for all.Stayed in one of the junior suites which was great as a family of 4 with a baby, as the cot fit well in the bedroom and our older daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room area.Lovely sized balcony and great bath!

If you want to holiday somewhere hot, sit by a pool, eat great food... you could do a lot worse.Much of the the food was absolutely excellent.Much of the service was absolutely great.Much of the entertainment was absolutely ... entertaining.Seemed particularly popular with, and great for young - even very young - children. Not so much for teens. There's actually no need to leave this hotel... Except for water! (Thankfully, about €1.80 for 8 litres at the local supermarket, across the road.)

To stay at Baobab is another level of experience due to the exotic theme and the beautiful environment. To walk around the facilities is a cozy and a bit of magical feeling. Warm pools and good food. The service is fantastic and Gisele has been super nice helping us with arranging the visit. Carlos who is my favorite waiter is always friendly and gives us the 5*+ experience. This is how I always want my visits to feel like.

Recently enjoyed a family (2 adults, 1 child) holiday here. We stayed as “Unique” level with a Junior suite. Transfer from the airport was seamless, as was check in; everything was made easy. Our room was lovely, at the quieter end of the hotel (away from the stages and bars), with a huge balcony. One of the biggest annoyances of our stay was how dark the room was though! Not enough lights in the bedrooms for the evenings; the shower was practically pitch black (and was tiled with dark grey/black tiles which didn’t help). No decent lighting for getting ready to go out/do hair & make up etc; just a few overhead spotlights in the bathroom. No shaver point in the bathroom; staff looked surprised that we asked about it (we’ve never stayed in a 5* anywhere globally which didn’t have one). Those niggles aside, we had a lovely stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, particularly with our child. The food and drink selections were very good; we also ate several meals at 2 of the “sister” hotels that were close by which we would also recommend. The outdoors and pool areas were immaculate, and a joy to spend time in.

Third stay at this hotel and standards have dropped. The reason we chose this hotel was for the lazy river and pool but hotel closed the area off 3 days for a private event so unable to use what we had paid for. No advance warning before booking or even when we arrived. Paying guests were crammed around one pool. Appalling way to treat guests. We have recommended this hotel to friends who then spent holidays here because staff attentiveness had been excellent but this time everything was an argument. The answer was no unless you took the time to complain. Food was also below previous standards with hot food often luke warm or actually cold. This was our wedding anniversary and first trip since vovid so very disappointed! The hotels response to review typical of what I am saying. Just a stock reply with NO concern to points raised. Pathetic.

Es waren sehr viele Kinder dort, die gerne beim Essen zwischen den Tischen hindurch liefen; nichts für Urlauber die in Ruhe essen wollen.(Translated by Google)The room was very nice: large, balcony too, only the view of the street wasn't that great, the walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, some of the staff were very friendly, but there was also the maid who despite "please don't Disturb" sign entered the room anyway. The food was ok; I was very satisfied with breakfast, but I expected much more from the selection in the evening. There were a lot of children there who liked to run between the tables while they ate; nothing for holidaymakers who want to eat in peace.

Superb hotel but with a huge problem that nobody seems to be talking about.Everybody reserves sun beds even though it's against hotel's policy.Sun beds occupancy is at 80% at 08:30 in the morning and a lot of times people don't even show up to get them back until 12, 1 PM, or even at all. When taking this issue to the reception, I was told that they are really sorry but this is a "delicate issue", they can't do anything about it and I'm being sent to the corner faraway pool.5 star hotel and they're acting like a 2 star motel on the side of the road. Other hotels have this situation in check with various techniques, but Lopesan Baobab won't do anything about it.Food very good, hotel is very clean and tidy, but the sun bed situation will make me look elsewhere for accommodation.

Just enjoyed a lovely week with family at Lopesan boabab for eater holidaysThe hotel is lovely with some fantastic pools heated too which was a bonus! However my one negative is the pools are missing some tiles and children are cutting there toes dailyThey were fixing some of the pool tiles in a morning before pool opened but I think they have a lot to go at to make the pool safer.Pool entertainment was great from aqua gym to pool slide and a form party kids loved it!Hotel staff brilliant and the hotel was very clean. All staff very helpful. We only stayed b&b breakfast was busy at times but couldn’t fault the food at all.Evening entertainment not bad a good range of shows/singers on.Rooms are good shame no kettle in the rooms and we did find a little dark through I know it’s an African theme which is lovely around the hotel but better lighting in the room would be good.Hotel is in a fantastic location, a very short walk out the hotel to bars restaurants and shops. Some fabulous restaurants and we had a brilliant meal every evening.Fully enjoyed are week but unfortunately the prices for future stays are really getting too high.

I stayed at Lopesan Baobab for my honeymoon, and I can confidently say I couldn’t have made a better choice. I fell in love with the African-themed environment; from the moment you arrive, you're immersed in nature, enveloped by its fresh and serene aroma. The rooms could use some refurbishment (the furniture doesn’t have that new smell and appears somewhat dated), but overall: the staff, the atmosphere, the pools, the services, and everything you experience were fantastic. Believe me, I left my heart and shed tears on the last day before leaving. I chose the all-inclusive package and was extremely satisfied: the buffet was rich with options, and the chefs cooked meat or fish right in front of you, on the spot. The hotel also offers various activities throughout the day, as well as tranquility for those who wish to relax. Thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful stay!

This hotel is brilliant and has everything you'll ever need. It's a full complex and you don't even need to leave. Although, I would recommend you go into the local town and bars.Back to the hotel, I stayed a week and didn't even manage to go in all the pools. You do have the usual issues of finding a sunbed if you don't get up early. The staff are really helpful and polite. The food was brilliant, something for everyone. The drinks around the pool can mount up but there is an onsite supermarket with everything you need at good prices.I'd definitely stay here again.

We’re so gutted to leave. This resort constantly left us smiling and impressed at the incredibly hospitable atmosphere that has been created. It’s almost magical. Our favourite things are the friendly staff throughout and range of spaces available which never felt too busy or repetitive. On arrival, the epic entrance is jaw dropping. Then you’re greeted with the sounds of the waterfalls and animals. The reception area and resort has a lovely wooden perfume smell. The first few minutes delight the senses and that feeling continues every time you walk around the resort. The rooms are huge and luxurious. We ended up using their soaps and creams throughout our stay because they smelt so nice.If you need maximum convenience there’s even a mini supermarket inside at only slightly higher prices than the shops nearby. We had a small issue and the hotel quickly resolved it with significant gestures to make up for it.We only booked breakfast but now feel like having booked all inclusive would’ve been better as we loved being at the resort and food so much.Jet2 was fantastic to travel with as well. We booked through them and found their service to be above and beyond by constantly impressing us with their offers of support and reliable updates. Some small tips: it seemed best to arrive for food a little early if you want to completely avoid the brief queue for outside dining. Also, I would’ve liked it if they had free water available everywhere. I guess they make more money by having people buy bottled water. If you need to economise you can simply get a big bottle for reasonable prices 2 minutes walk away.We were really impressed with Lopesan and hope to visit their other venues in the future for a similar experience. If you’re thinking of travelling with babies or young children, then I couldn’t recommend it more. The little ones are very well looked after from dining to the pools where there are lifeguards. Plus, entertainment day and night.Kids will be enchanted with the sounds and decorations. At first we thought the life sized animal props were a bit silly but quickly came to appreciate them as we saw the reaction from people and smiles they created. There are real creatures around too which are mixed amongst the greenery almost bursting from every crevice of the resort. One of our biggest treats was room service which was actually very good value, significantly cheaper than restaurants outside. We couldn’t believe the luxury of having a waiter arrive with a full table, heated compartment keeping the food hot and the fully presented layout.Like I said at the start, we’re gutted to leave.

Such a family friendly hotel, with 8 or so pools and 1 for kids. Great for first time families, staff make you feel very welcomed, the resort is large and takes around 1500 steps to walk around it, so it takes a day or so to get used to the hotel. Extremely unique hotel with trees inside, room service and maintenance is very good,.the only downside is they only give you 2 bottles of complimentary water. Has a small gym which is free to use.

I booked a VIP here because I attach great importance to service, but unfortunately it is really lacking here. I am pregnant and I kindly walked to the receptionist Laura and I indicated that I am pregnant and that the mango was so delicious. Today is my last day and if I could take a mango back to the Netherlands. She was so mean and blunt and indicated that I could buy it outside! I indicated that I bought them outside but they were not tasty. Then she said that the owner of the hotel in the south had his own land with mangoes and that she couldn't do anything for me! I just had to grab it at dinner itself. Indicated that I will no longer be able to check out or attend dinner. She was so short and rude that I went to my room crying. What concerns me is the unfriendly way in which Laura spoke to me and I had to end my holiday this way. It's really a shame that you treat people this way, especially pregnant women.

The resort is in a great location with plenty of shops around and very close to the beach. Additional bonus is that as a guest of Baobab resort you can visit the Costa Meloneras resort across the street and enjoy the pools, restaurants and buffet. We experienced only friendly staff throughout our stay. The resort is family friendly and provide quality entertainment for children. Maybe the best entertainment can be found at the Lodge pool. Our children enjoyed the "crazy" moments at the pool with José the lifeguard (all in a good way) and made this our favourite pool to visit. We will be returning to the resort for sure.

Baobab Resort in Gran Canaria is a true gem. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the resort’s striking African-inspired architecture and lush surroundings. The entire atmosphere feels like an exotic getaway, offering both luxury and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts. Our room had a stunning view of the resort's lush gardens, which added to the peaceful ambiance. The resort's pools are incredible, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun.The staff were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a wide range of cuisines that satisfied every taste. For families, the resort is a paradise, with plenty of activities for kids, yet it still maintains a relaxing atmosphere for adults. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beach and local attractions.Overall, Baobab Resort offers a unique, luxurious, and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax in style on Gran Canaria!

I am late to the party but realise having stayed here three times now, this hotel has something that the others don’t have. It is immense. The entrance is like a scene from Jurassic world and the theme continues throughout. I do love this place. I have just stayed at the other Lopesan hotel opposite, Costa Melonares, and although it has the infinity pool and is slightly closer to the beach, my heart is still with the mighty Baobab. It’s very well managed and kids are entertained in a separate area, so there are quiet pools and busy ones. The rooms are all great. Art work and cool furniture. Lovely bathroom area. Can’t fault it. Need to book and go again. It’s home from home for me now. Go, you’ll have a fab time!

Werkelijk 1 van de mooiste en meest luxe hotels waar we ooit verbleven. Personeel perfect. Locatie ideaal. Schoon en netjes. Eten was fantastisch. Ruim, schoon, mooi en luxe. We komen hier zeker terug. Fantastische tijd gehad. Zwembaden zijn onovertroffen. Beste ooit. Staff perfect. Location ideal. Clean and tidy. Food was fantastic. Spacious, clean, beautiful and luxurious. We will definitely come back here. Had a fantastic time. Swimming pools are unsurpassed. Best ever.Restaurants are very good, wide choice and delicious food. Room spacious and clean.Nice animation team. In short; absolutely recommended. The only minuscule point of improvement: food at the pool bar. The food at all restaurants was sublime, but at the pool bar it was not so tasty.

The rooms and the various pools and chill out areas definitely deserve the 5 stars. The staff is super friendly and we had a great time with our baby. However the food is far from a 5 star rating. Sadly it did not meet our expectations.

Nous avons aussi le droit à des boissons gratuites et un petit buffet entre 10h et 18h ( petit bémol pour ce dernier pas très varié et pas grand choix)Le personnel au grand complet est très gentil, serviable et à l’écoute(Translated by Google)Magnificent hotel the first day a little surprising, it is very big but you get used to it. 8 Days of Family Bliss and MemoriesGran Canaria thank you for the sunshine light and smile like a tellytubby show. The hotel is absolutely awesome and huge Lopesan Baobab and the toilets on entry are heavenly and ethereal. The Hotel has 8 pools and many bars as well as a on site shop to buy anything from inflatables, drinks to confectionery. The room was airy and exquisite with a great balcony. The mini car was always full and Room Service accommodated us well even fixing mistakes. The weather was beautiful pools were perfect drinks were great while we lounged wherever was free.Kudoo had an amazing time in and out of pool.Of course a scrounge from loungers but found a few perfect spot near a bridge and they found sanctuary next to us. We got taking tWe went to enjoy the Aqua park, rides and pools galore 10 mins from the hotel. We tried a few restaurants outside Asia House, Banderas Tapas, La Serena and La Teresa then Misbah an awesome Indian on the Boulevard.Highlights was our family went on a Yatch in Puerto Rico with food and drink and some Parasailing at 150-200 metres hooked to 80 knots speed boat. Absolutely epic at peace on the air until the wind violently drags you and you go bouncing into the sea then thrust back into the boat in 10 mins.We walked through our hotel to go to the Sister hotel where it was even more amazing and had waterfalls, infinity pools and live music. We never got to try it but it looked amazing.100 videos and Photos later we are blessed with the bliss of love and togetherness.

A very nice hotel, although it is not modern, but very clean, the rooms are cleaned very carefully. The waiters were not friendly on the entire territory of the hotel, I felt a little uncomfortable, a little strange attitude. The food is very tasty, all the products are of high quality, there was nothing that was not tasty, I had never eaten such good food before. It is a short walk of 500 meters to the sea. Although there was not enough entertainment for adults. And so everything is fine and I recommend it and maybe I will come back.
