Resident Evil: Dead Aim (2003) - MobyGames (2025)

The Good
Another game of the Gun Survivor saga which features the 3rd Person mode (not in action) for the first time. This is one of the few remarkable things of this game. The graphics are simple, zombies are really bad done but the main character is good enough. Morpheus is one of the best things of the game, the antagonist is appropriate and charismatic, the final stage is the best one without any doubt but the game doesn't have any more valuable things to remark.

The Bad
Unfortunately the game has a lot of bad things, much more than the good ones. The gameplay is really bad, you can't turn left or right easily even if you have the dualshock pad instead of G-Con 2. The game is very repetitive, there's no variety of stages and everything looks the same all the time. Dark places without visual details. The story is bad but the dialogues in it is even worst.It's difficult (not impossible) because you have to aim to zombies heads to kill them, if you don't do that they'll be still alive and you'll become mad if you have your G-Con2 with a bad calibration. Get prepared to lost lots of ammo.

The Bottom Line
If you're a fan of the Resident Evil series maybe you would like to play it, but it's a bad game, it's uncomfortable to play it and you will take a long time to take control of the game.Play it only if you don't have any other game to play.
